Booksavers

Booksavers is a great alternative to the usual destinations for books sitting unused on a dusty shelf or that are headed for a landfill. At Booksavers, volunteers and staff turn outdated textbooks, discarded library books and individually donated books into funds to support the global relief, development and peacebuilding work of Mennonite Central Committee (MCC).

Booksavers sells donated reading material to customers over the internet, in retail locations and to textbook clearning houses. Books that cannot be profitably resold are recycled.
