Village Green Furniture and Appliances: How to donate

Village Green Furniture and Appliances appreciates your generous donations of furniture, appliances and other items

When to Donate: Monday to Saturday 9:00 to 5:00 pm

Items left outside of regular hours could be damaged by weather or vandalism

Where to Donate: For drop-offs please use the back door. Ring buzzer and someone will come to assist you

What to Donate:

Furniture: couches, chairs, recliners, futons, newer hide-a-beds
- Desks, tables and chairs, dressers, chests of drawers, wall units
- Mattresses that are very cleans, boxsprings and bunkbeds
- Some pianos
- Exercise equipment
- Barbeques
Appliances: All must be in working order and generally less than 15 years old
- Microwaves, kettles, toasters, coffeemakers etc
- Washers and dryers
- Stoves
- Small freezers
- Most electronics including TV's, computers, and stereos (all must be in working order)
House-wares: dishes, pots and pans, etc
- Ornaments, pictures, lamps, etc
- CDs and DVDs

What we Don't take:

Any item in poor condition
Building materials
Built in appliances
Large freezers
Dishwashers
Older hide-a-beds
Organs
Baby cribs, walkers, car seats, baby bottles

Pick up and Delivery: Pick up and delivery is done Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. To arrange for pick up either call the store at 665-0102 or drop by. We generally need one to two days notice for pick ups.

Delivery charge currently is $25.00.
